FALLS CHURCH, VA – On October 1, MCN programming will debut on MHz Networks 1.
MCN will be broadcast two hours a day on the channel:
Monday - Friday 10 AM to 12 Noon,
Saturday - Sunday 3 PM to 5 PM.
Viewers can watch on digital broadcast channel 30.1, Comcast 271, Cox 470, RCN 30, Verizon FiOS 451, Dish Network 8077 and DirecTV 56.
The popular shows “Shanghai Bund” and "China Panoramic: Approaching Chinese” will be featured in the new MCN block, as well as others to be named.
Metro Chinese Network (MCN), headquartered in Rockville, MD, is a channel of United States Broadcasting Corporation, a private, independent American television station established in 1994.
MCN broadcasts programs originating from Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong, as well as original content from their production centers in those cities. The MCN launch on MHz Networks 1 takes place as CCTV News premieres on MHz Networks 3 (the previous channel for MCN) on October 1.
